If you wish to apply for a loan, get pre-approved or obtain mortgage information from us we will collect certain personal information from you. The types of information we collect are name and email address so that you may register. Once you have registered and began the process of applying for a loan we will ask for additional information such as address, social security number, date of birth, marital status, and number of dependents. We will also ask for the property location, employment information such as positions, and earnings, assets you may have and types of bank accounts, housing expenses and your current income, and any declarations. Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted by one of our loan officers to complete the process.
We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest and to determine whether or not you are eligible for a loan, for what amount and to allow you to view your pending loans, recent loans, and pay off amounts.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your name and email address to send a newsletter to you. If you wish to opt-out from receiving it you may do so by following the instructions located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at email@example.com. We will send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if your service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Based upon the personal information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your email address and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.
In order to provide certain services to you, such as providing loans, we may on occasion supplement the personal and sensitive information you submitted to us with information from third parties. To determine if you qualify for a loan, we use your name and social security number to request a credit report. Once we determine your credit-worthiness, we destroy this document.
Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients
TriState Lending Group collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. If you are a Client and would like to update your account please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tristate Lending Group may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Tristate Lending Group has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent to further contact should direct his/her query to the Tristate Lending Group’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Tristate Lending Group to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
Tristate Lending Group will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Tristate Lending Group will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
