PATTY CARBONE

With almost fifteen years of experience, Patty Carbone is the authority on mortgage lending. After graduating from Daemen College with a BS in Business Finance, Patty joined a mortgage company as a processing manager back in 2009. She learned the ins-and-outs of the mortgage industry over the next ten years and, in 2019, moved into. Branch Operations Management. 

Patty’s top priority is to simplify. Whether that means making complicated loan language more understandable or just making the entire process more approachable, that’s what she strives to do. Patty’s experience in multiple facets of the industry gives her a unique perspective on the process, from start to finish. She’s helped tons of clients navigate the loan process and is ready to help tons more.
